Event Highlights

Whether you're joining us for the first time or a returning participant at this annual event, we've got the updates and information you need, directly from the experts.

Joint AIAG & VDA SPC Update

AIAG and VDA are collaborating once again to bring the automotive world a much-needed update to the Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) bluebooks! Join us to learn more about this team’s efforts to refresh these critical Core Tools, and ensure you’re “in the know” as to what’s coming and how to prepare yourself (and your organization) for key updates.

Wiring Harness

This session will explore current efforts to develop a comprehensive wiring CQI that proactively identifies and addresses potential quality issues throughout the entire wiring system lifecycle, from design to production (and beyond).

Automating the Control Plan in Highly Automated Processes

The AIAG Control Plan 1st Edition includes a section on using control plans in highly automated processes, such as semiconductor manufacturing. This presentation will discuss further automating control plans and incorporating machine learning and AI into FMEAs. Attendees will learn how to enhance the effectiveness and maintenance of control plans while adhering to automotive standards and minimizing process variation without adding unnecessary paperwork.

The Transition from Physical to Digital Quality

This presentation will examine the role of the International Material Data System (IMDS) in corporate responsibility reporting, emphasizing the importance of data quality in PPAP submissions and supplier quality assessments. It will also highlight the necessity of ensuring digital product data matches the quality of the physical part, explore upcoming changes addressing new requirements, and address evolving responsibilities for quality departments in this context.
